Organizational Membership Levels

  • Level I - Less than 25 employees - $100 a year

  • Level II - 26 to 50 employees - $200 a year

  • Level III - 51 – 100 employees - $300 a year

  • Organizations with over 100 employees contact us for membership benefits

What does GCCHWA do to support you as a CHW?

  • Serve as the data, administration and operations support agency for colleges and universities who offer Community Health Worker programs,

  • Coordinate community outreach events for (health screenings, wrap-around services),

  • Create partnership / service sites for Community Health Workers to complete required community training/service hours,

  • Promote and market CHWP in the community,

  • Coordinate recruitment sessions/recruitment consulting,

  • Advocate for CHWs.

  • Bridge the gap between CHWs throughout Greater Cleveland

  • Bridge the gap between CHWs and employers

  • Promote CHW practices in the community

  • Promote opportunities for training and continued education
